Order by Telephone or Fax Call 1.800.688.1589 to place your order, Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 5PM EST or simply fax your order with credit card info at 1.513.943.4370. Payment Options Credit Cards We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards will be billed as Baby Gifts-N-Treasures. If ordering via telephone, an invoice with a credit card receipt will be mailed to purchaser.
Personal Checks and Money Orders We are glad to accept your personal check or money order. Your check or money order must be in US funds. Make your checks payable to Baby Gifts-N-Treasures. Please be aware that paying by check will slow down the shipment of your order as we will hold ALL personal checks for 5 days for funds to clear. There will be a $25.00 charge for any check returned for any reason. Ohio residents will pay a 6.5% sales tax.
Order Processing and Availability Most of the items on our site are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Orders that comes from our distributors can take up to 2 weeks to receive. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Although you may choose to have your orders shipped overnight, however, be aware that overnight items can be quite costly. If you do need an item the next day, please call us and if we can accommodate you we will. Please be aware that from Thanksgiving through Christmas orders may take longer. Please consider this when placing holiday orders.
Damage during Shipping Although not common, one of the circumstances beyond our control is merchandise damaged through shipping. If that should happen your claim is with the carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier. Upon your delivery, please examine your shipment immediately to confirm that it is complete and free from damage. If shipping damage is detected after delivery (concealed damage) contact the carrier for instructions.
Shipping Charges and Methods We and our different distributors currently ship UPS Ground, Fed Ex, USPS Priority Mail or upon request we can also ship Next Day Air.

Return Policy Baby Gifts-N-Treasures stands behind our products. Your satisfaction with our product is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with a product that you have received, we will make it right. We will be happy to accept your non-personalized items back for either a refund or store credit (please note shipping charges will NOT be refunded on items being returned). Just call us and make arrangements for your orders return.
