Shipping & Returns
We offer several methods of shipping to offer the best quality and price for your product.
We do have items that come directly from the manufacturer and each one provides their own shipping methods. Most of the shipping is provided by UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground and USPS priority.
An extra charge can be applied for any next day or 2 day air shipping. WE can provide next day air; however, this method can be quite costly. When placing an order, please be sure all your shipping information is correct and complete.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in additional address correction charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to delivery address changes during the transit. While we do not inflate shipping costs, there are some locations and or orders that may be subject to additional charges. These include remote or rural locations, Military addresses, Alaska & Hawaii.
Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States.
We take great pride in our ability to give you quality gifts. If for some reason, there is an error on our part or if you are not completely satisfied with your gift you may exchange it or return it for a refund.
If you decide you do not want your item(s) and want to return it, we must receive the item(s) back in new and original condition within 15 days. The item must be received back with original packaging, not used, damaged or worn and have the original tags and package materials with them. Please NOTE: We do not accept returns, give refunds or exchanges on “Personalized Items”.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping. We do not refund shipping charges to or from any destination. No credit is given for lost return packages. Items returned without prior authorization will be charged $10.00 restocking fee (this does not apply to product exchanges or any errors caused by our company). We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we can not be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur en-route back to us. New condition must be received back to us in order to give credit of goods. We will refund you the price of the product once items are received back to us in new condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us for a return.
(Note: Sorry, we do not accept returns, give refunds or exchanges on “personalized” or custom made items. Please ensure that all the personalization information is accurate when placing your order.
